Editor's Note

Injured my shoulder this morning. I have now made it a routine to go to the gym early in the morning. This morning .... I overdid it. I am grateful that I did not dislocate my shoulder .... but it hurts like hell. Gym policy is that I had to go and get it check .... and I was lucky .... my stay in the hospital was short and the prognosis simple .... do not do any upper body exercises for the next few weeks. On a bright note .... my typing skills are not impeded. Blogging will resume in the next hour, and Military & Intelligence News Briefs and World News Briefs will be posted later today.
