Gameweek 36 - Daily Fantasy Football Tips
Starting 11 is a new Daily Fantasy Premier League football game and app, which has become extremely popular amongst the FPL community since August 2017, as managers get to pick a brand new fantasy team each week, without the headache of managing a season-long team.
As always, this week’s picks are suitable for all fantasy football game formats and will suit most scoring systems, so we hope you find good use for them, whether you’re playing Fantasy Premier League, or daily fantasy games over at Starting 11.

Safe Pick – Jesus v West Ham (A)The chances are he is probably now off penalty duty, however a goal and assist against Swansea should give fantasy football managers confidence that the Brazilian can be counted on.
With Aguero still out injured, Jesus will continue to lead the line for Manchester City despite having already wrapped up the Premier League title.
West Ham have conceded six goals in three games - with Jesus having spent periods of the season on the side-lines, he will be keen to add to his eleven Premier League goals for the season.
Differential - Perez v West Brom (H)
The perfect blend of form and fixture that every fantasy boss loves to see.
During his last four games the Newcastle forward has scored three goals and provided two assists – form which has helped Newcastle reach 41 points and secure Premier League football next season.
For their opponents West Brom on the other hand, despite a recent upturn in form their time is all but up.
Midfielders
Safe Pick – D. Silva v West Ham (A)
Having pulled all the strings in Manchester City’s midfield this season the Spaniard has been key to their success in the Premier League.
His form during the final third of the season has been even more impressive, scoring four goals and providing three assists in seven games.
I expect him to link up with Jesus again on Sunday and cause Joe Hart problems on a busy afternoon.
Differential - Zaha v Leicester (H)
Does he dive or is he hard done by? The debate goes on, what we can be sure of is that Zaha is the main reason Crystal Palace have risen to 14th in the Premier League.
His three goals in two games showed that despite blanking against Watford, the former Manchester United winger is starting to fulfill the potential Sir Alex Ferguson saw in him.
Leicester have been poor defensively this season. I expect Crystal Palace to rediscover their attacking touch and score goals again this weekend.
Defenders
Safe Pick – Azpilicueta v Swansea (A)
He's the centre-back who continues to surprise me with the sort of attacking returns we’d expect from a wing-back. Azpilicueta provided another assist last weekend in the 2-0 FA Cup win over Southampton.
He may have secured a clean sheet in that game too, however in the Premier League they are long overdue.
This weekend Chelsea take on Swansea, who have the joint worst goal scoring record of the season and have just come off the back off a 5-0 hiding from Manchester City.
Differential – van Aanholt v Leicester (H)
After another clean sheet last weekend, Crystal Palace have kept their opponents out in two of their last five games and continue to rise up the table.
What better way to take advantage of those clean sheets than with an attacking full-back, especially one with set-piece responsibility. 'PVA' is a player I expected more from this season but he is finishing the season in good form.
Leicester have nothing to play for, Mahrez has gone quiet – if Palace can keep Vardy out then another clean sheet is achievable.
Goalkeepers
Safe Pick - Courtois v Swansea (A)
Are you prepared to form a defensive stack with Courtois and Azpilicueta on Starting 11?
When you are playing a side struggling to score you have to seize the opportunity and take advantage. Courtois is more than capable of keeping Swansea at bay.
Despite not keeping a clean sheet recently, Chelsea themselves have fourteen clean sheets for the season - only one less than Manchester City.
Differential – Pickford v Huddersfield (A)
If the thought of a Chelsea double act is too much for you then how about Jordan Pickford?
Everton have kept a clean sheet in two of their last three games and this week take on the only side who can match Swansea for their lack of goals this season – Huddersfield Town.
Pickford himself wants to be on that plane to Russia as England’s number 1, if called upon he will be doing everything in his power to impress Gareth Southgate at this late stage of the season.
