As for the price being $5, it is a major bargain, and I priced it so low because I thought it would encourage people to buy it, but due to the very poor sales so far (85 in 4-days), I will be raising the price soon.
For those of you who haven't made the purchase, realize that if there were more sales I could use the number of sales as an incentive with publishers to help get the actual book out there, which at the moment no publisher is willing to do.
