The first game of the 74th NBA season, was in Toronto, Ontario, home of the Raptors, the defending champions.
There was no Zion though, sadly for the fans.
Remember, May 14, 2019, the 71-year anniversary of the establishment of ZIONist Israeal, was the sweepstakes for Zion, May 14, 2019, where Jewish Rabbis in New York prayed for him to come to the Knicks. Then in his debut against the Knicks, the game was interrupted with a 7.1 magnitude quake, and the game was called off, while the Knicks had 74-points on the board.
Anyhow, this opening game went to overtime, 117-117.
It went to overtime, because with 8.9 seconds, the player dribbled out the clock, and threw up a three pointer from ten feet behind the line, without ever trying to make it any closer to the basket.
From there, the game went to OT, and Toronto covered the spread of -7.0, winning by 8. Comedy gold. Pro sports are SO FIXED. Vegas has the puppet strings.
