Spring break occurred at the same time when the coronavirus had established itself in places where Quebecers go for a week vacation. We also had the arrival of hundreds of thousands of "snowbirds", Quebecers who live in places like Florida for the winter who come back to Quebec in March and April to live here when it starts to get warm.
