Sprain my right wrist at the gym yesterday. Needless to say that typing and using the mouse has been has been difficult and painful this morning. On top of all of this. Google's new platform for blogging has made the process of posting slow and time consuming. Sighhhh .... when it rains it pours. I will do the best that I can in posting, and hope that this inconvenience is short term.
