1. "My administration won’t just build back to the way things were before — we’re going to build back better." In the future, things will be the same as the past and different from the past. 2. "We’re going to ensure every single American has a fair shot to get ahead." I'm always skeptical of assertions that politicians are going to "make sure" something happens.
