México se llevó la Medalla de Bronce del Centrobasket Femenino 2018 después de una victoria por 85-81 sobre República Dominicana. 

Las dominicanas tomaron una ligera ventaja de 9 puntos en el descanso, luego de un segundo parcial por 31-12. 

Las mexicanas ganaron la segunda mitad 50-37, para reclamar la medalla de bronce. 

Jazmin Valenzuela lideró el marcador por las mexicanas con 18 puntos. Sugeiry Monsac, fue la mejor del encuentro con 27 puntos, 10 rebotes, +31 de eficiencia.
